What do you all think of the idea of Mary Kelly as a suspect as in the new novel, A Policeman's Lot by Gary Dobbs? I thought it was ridiculous at first but after reading the book, which is a great thriller by the way, I am not so sure.

I think it's pretty far-fetched, mostly in basic chauvinistic terms. :)

Female serial killers are very rare, and there methods don't usually involve such violence. Even if they did, the witnesses saw the victims with men before they disappeared.

I'll have to check out that book, though. Sounds intriguing.
